Shipping & Delivery
Based on whether the product has ready inventory or is made to order, it takes 3-4 days for UAE & 7-8 days for USA to ship, post order processing. Return, Exchange or Cancellation
Regrettably, we do not offer returns or exchanges or cancellation on international orders. In order to help you make informed decisions, we have provided detailed product descriptions, images, size charts, etc. In case of unsurety, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We exclusively collaborate with reputable international couriers to ensure a reliable service. In the rare instance that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo & video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you for further inquiry.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. Please note: taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Signature Requirement
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by IndiCurate and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Order processing timeline can be checked from product description pages respectively. Tracking details will be shared on the registered email id once the order has been dispatched.
Return, Exchange or Cancellation
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase; post which, the cancellation cannot be processed.
- Returns: Returns are only accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order. No refunds are issued; store coupon (valid for 60 days) will be provided for eligible returns. However, a flat fee of INR 150/- is chargeable for returns & will be deducted from the store coupon. Please connect at support@indicurate.com to initiate reverse pick-ups. Reverse pick-ups are only available for serviceable pincodes within India.
- Exclusions: Return policies do NOT apply to made-to-order, sale items, or customized orders.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchange on an order. You can return the purchased item and place a new order against the store credit issued.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in original packaging and in good condition to be eligible for return/store credit. All returned items will undergo a thorough quality check.
- Return Shipping Responsibility: The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We are not liable for any damages during transit.
- Inspection upon Return: All returned items will be inspected for damage, spoilage, stains, or odors.
