Shipping and Return Policy

Currently, we are shipping orders to all Emirates of the UAE. In the coming future, we hope to expand internationally and also serve the Indian domestic market. 

Delivery Timeframe

Based on whether the product has ready inventory or is made to order, we take 7-12 business days for order processing with an additional 4-5 days for international shipping. We will share the tracking details on the registered email id once the order has been dispatched. 

International Orders Policy

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or exchanges or cancellation on international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In order to help you make informed decisions, we have provided detailed product instructions, images, size charts, etc. Having said that, we are constantly striving towards making the customer journey smoother and more convenient. 

Shipping Costs 

The displayed product prices are inclusive of taxes but do not include the shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, etc., and are levied at the time of checkout.

Taxes and Duties

Please note, for every product value above 1000 AED, the customer will be required to bear some custom duty, which will be communicated to you at the time of shipping. As the recipient, you are liable for import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. Signature Requirement

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by IndiCurate and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 


Policy for Damaged Products

At IndiCurate, we prioritize the secure and timely delivery of your products. We exclusively collaborate with reputable international couriers to ensure a reliable service. In the rare instance that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you for further inquiry.
