A: We dispatch products directly from India, with a commitment to swift delivery. Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks before packaging. As most orders are handmade, it may take longer to ship, so be sure to check the "Shipping Info" on the product screen for estimated arrival times.

A: All taxes are included in the prices displayed on our site. What you see is what you pay.

A: If an item is SOLD OUT, it means the last piece has found a home. Members can opt to WAITLIST items, but the availability is not guaranteed. We'll explore the possibility of producing more units but can't promise replenishment.
